Ōhinerau / Mount Hobson is a 143 m high volcanic cone and Tūpuna Maunga in the Auckland volcanic field in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland, Aotearoa/New Zealand. Ōhinerau is an ancient Māori name for the maunga and means the place of Hinerau, goddess of whirlwinds.
